Covid-19: General Health Measures

The rules include mandatory mask-wearing (no on Seascape residences), avoiding handshakes, social distancing.

Disinfection of Indoor Spaces and All Surfaces: All indoor spaces thoroughly cleaned with a disinfectant, using certified products, with extra attention to frequented surfaces.

Pool Area: Always Shower before you get in the water. Rinsing off in the shower for just 1 minute removes most of the dirt or anything else on your body that uses up chlorine needed to kill or inactivate germs.

Compliance with Health Authorities’ guidelines: Seascape is in Compliance with Government Health Authorities.

SEASCAPE Policies – Rules

GENERAL RULES:

  • Access to the Residences & facilities of the Seascape is allowed only to guests that have rent the Residences.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the residence
  • Pets are not accepted in the residence
  • Parties / events are prohibited
  • Quiet hours during summer period: from 15:00  to  17:30  and from  23:00  to  07:00
  • All use of private swimming pool, and the surrounding area is solely at your own risk.
  • Act in a neighborly and courteous manner towards your neighbors. Respect their space and keep noise to a minimum.
  • Treat the property, furniture and other facilities with all due care and respect. Be aware you are responsible for any damage caused during your stay.
  • NOTE: CCTV cameras installed in public areas of the property for security. On arrival (upon request) can be deactivated. Camera on Pool area IS BLOCKED
Reservation & Cancellation Policies?

RESERVATION  Policy:   To confirm your reservation, you need to pay the 60% of the total cost of your stay in advance.
If you make your reservation by depositing money to our bank account, your reservation remains open for 5 working days. If you do not make the deposit, then the reservation will be cancelled. Τo keep your reservation active, the remaining 40% of the total cost of your stay must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival. If you do not make the deposit, the reservation will be canceled, and the deposit will be withheld.

CANCELLATION Policy:  Best Price/Standard rate: If cancelled or modified (upon availability)

  • up to 30 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded/ no fee will be charged. The credit card handling fees however, will be withheld.
  • In any other case (cancel, no-show, departure prior or arrival after the reserved dates), 100% of the total price will be charged. 100%.

Non-refundable rate: you will not be able to cancel or modify the booking and you cannot change the date of arrival.

Payment terms – Deposit – Fees

No hidden fees or monies due upfront.

Payment terms:  First payment  60% of the total cost.  Second  40%  30 days before check-in

Damage deposit: INDIGO=500 €   BLANC=500 €  EXCLUSIVE=900 € is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable 3 days after check-out, in case no damages have taken place. Damage inspection of the accommodation follows the final checkout.

Standard Fees:

  • Cleaning fee: per night 9 €  
  • Linen fee: per guest per night  3

LINEN CHANGING: For guests staying multiples nights, cleaning and bed linen is changed on a rotation schedule (2 times/week). Used towels (Linen/Sheets/Pool towels) are replaced/exchanged 2 times/week.

Taxes: Do not include taxes (I am collecting and remitting as required)

Respect Others/Quiet Hours?

RESPECT FOR OTHERS:  For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests, and that is difficult to remove from the air, walls, and furniture we do not permit in our Residences smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, etc.

Smoking is prohibited inside in all the Residences. Smoking is only allowed outside the Residences. Please note that guests found to be smoking inside the residences will be charged for a cleaning fee of 100€ per day.

QUIET HOURS: Please keep in mind the other guests that want to rest and avoid making noise in the Residences or in the public areas, especially between 15:00  to  17:30  and from  23:00  to  07:00 (Quiet hours during summer period)

CHECK-IN   from  13:30  to 20:00         Guest will be required to present his own valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification, especially if you have already prepaid by a credit card your reservation before your arrival.

CHECK-OUT   is before  11:00.        If you require a later check-out, please contact us the day before the departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it would be possible (depending on availability). Any delay to checked-out will result an extra night being added to the final bill.

Is there Pool/Jacuzzi Policy?

POOL & JACUZZI RULES:  Daily: 08- -15:00- & 17:30- -21:00. A conservator comes to clean the Pool/Jacuzzi (twice per week). (Surface/leaf cleaning use the aluminum Pool Net)

All use of private swimming Pool & Jacuzzi, and the surrounding area is solely at your own risk.  WarningNo Lifeguard On Duty. We request that you accompany and supervise children at all times.

  • During the night swimming is not allowed
  • Please always shower before entering the pool/Jacuzzi
  • Avoid using sunless oils in the pool.
  • The Pool is for the use of the “INDIGO” Residence Guests only
  • The Jacuzzi is for the use of the “BLANC” Residence Guests only
  • It is suggested that the cushions/pillows in the sunbeds to be always bound (due to winds).

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the website and the content and services provided on the website mainly for the purpose of searching for a vacation rental property, booking a rental for a property, all in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Unless otherwise stated, we are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights on our website, and in the material published on it. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions.

Registration/Personal Data Policy?

REGISTRATION: We are required by law to maintain a register of our guests. Our guests must provide details of a valid passport during their check in provide their full names, addresses, etc). With your approval we will retain this information for 12 months.

PERSONAL Data Policy/GDPR: By filling out our forms you expressly accept that your data is stored electronically for this rent agreement and to provide you with Residence services. As a general principle, no information gathered on customers and guests is to be used other than for the express purpose for which it was gathered and under no circumstances will be granted access to the personal details of customers and guests to third parties and we safeguard it according to the laws.

Damage/Theft of Seascape Property?

DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF SEASCAPE PROPERTY :

You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the SEASCAPE Residences, property, equipment or items caused by you or any person in your accompanies you at the SEASCAPE during your stay. SEASCAPE reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge or debit the credit /debit card such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by SEASCAPE as a result of the aforesaid.  Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your Residence or the SEASCAPE property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
